Job Safety and Health is a complex problem on a construction project. Workplace accidents and illness due to work is generally caused by management factors, in addition to technical and human factors. Research done at the Project Development Transportation Services Air-West Sumatra with data collection, direct observation and interviews with stakeholders in the project. From the data obtained, observations and interviews, the project manager need to do â € œManajemen Safety and Health Kerjaâ €?. This is done with the plan, to seek and implement preventive measures before the incident an accident and a strategy that causes the accident that had occurred not recur again. Strategies, among others, discuss safety and health in a routine meeting held diproyek, providing safety equipment and special training in a certain period. With the strategy is expected to create a work atmosphere that is safe and comfortable. Thus, the workers can work safely so that the work plan of the project can be completed on time with the quality of the work in accordance with the plan.
