occopational Safety and Health Management System is an integral part of Hospital Akreditation. Hospital personels are at risk of desease inaccident,many exposures,presen in the hospital environment,such as antineoplastic,microbiology,high work speed and ergonomic disorders.This research aimed to desribe the implementation of occopational Safety and Health Management System,and the impact of its program.Observational and interview was utilise to conduct this study.The presentage self assesment in acreditation hospital was assessed from the acreditation hospital,than analising the output of the hospital quality service is observed for the absention number,patients number,hospital income,work accidents number,paint number,than analyse from impact indicators eficiency,customer satisfaction,work performance and working condition.The result from the research,showed the parcentage number of the Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital Health and Safety management system acreditation standart is 78,5%,this means that Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital has fulfiled the standart which is made by health departmen throught the hospital accreditationcommittee.From the research outcome it is found,that is has given the influence to decreasing number of pain and number work accident,and also the increasing of income of the hospital.This result concluded thatthe quality service of the hospital was improved based on efficiency,customersatisfaction,work performance and working condition.This result is expected will be able to give the daescription of how far the implementation of health and safety management system in Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital and the future,hospital expected to improve and develope the health and safety management system. The Government has published safety guidelines and adequate health, but health and safety guidelines are not working are in the implementation in the field, especially to land a job search. This thesis discusses the problems in adherence to the guidelines of safety and health at work extractive land construction project, with the survey directly to do with the location of the field research in the area of Bandung and its surroundings. Analysis is performed descriptive analysis that explains the level of implementation of a variable guidelines safety and health analysis and diskriminan to know the difference between a variable guidelines compliance safety and health of working on the project, the project currently, and small projects.
