Employment extractive land is part of the construction services sector that has a risk or danger of fatal accidents that tend to be high. The Government has published safety guidelines and adequate health, but health and safety guidelines are not working are in the implementation in the field, especially to land a job search. This thesis discusses the problems in adherence to the guidelines of safety and health at work extractive land construction project, with the survey directly to do with the location of the field research in the area of Bandung and its surroundings. Analysis is performed descriptive analysis that explains the level of implementation of a variable guidelines safety and health analysis and diskriminan to know the difference between a variable guidelines compliance safety and health of working on the project, the project currently, and small projects.
